The vacuum sealer is suspiciously cheap, but the build quality reflects that. It did essentially work, not without issues, but it worked. It required a bit of skill, especially with larger vacuum bags.
Unfortunately, after sealing about 12 bags, it burnt out – literally went up in flames. This wasn't even after continuous use on 12 items. I just took the vacuum sealer out of the drawer to seal one bag (without vacuuming), and after pressing the "seal" button, flames shot out of the machine. Luckily, the sealer was on a glass surface, and I unplugged it immediately after the first flames appeared and blew them out.
For the price, it would have been a good buy with decent performance and usable for home use. However, considering it later caught fire, I consider it VERY dangerous and do not recommend buying it.
