I diluted the soap and replaced the tube with a pay straw. It finally works. Due to the larger diameter (tubes - straws), the dispenser is able to absorb diluted soap and gives a decent portion of foam. If the manufacturer didn' t skimp on the tube, it would be a pretty good dispenser. If there was a larger hole for soap intake, you don' t need to dilute the soap.
