I used to use a car battery meter as a guide and the results were always strange.
I definitely verified the bad function of the Verk only with other meters. The 12V battery shows a few tenths lower voltage than other meters (e.g. 12-35 V vs. 12.6 V which is otherwise the difference between a charged and half-discharged battery). A 1.5V AA cell for example will not measure on the 20V range at all. At 2000 mV range it will show e.g. 1.55 V and when reversing the polarity -1.60 V, the result should be numerically the same. Overall it can be said that the meter works randomly, sometimes it measures about right, sometimes wrong and sometimes not at all.

Very basic and low quality product. Even for amateurs I recommend paying extra. A decent meter for a normal household can be bought for around 300 CZK. If they're still going crazy with environmentalism, I don't know why they haven't banned the generation of such waste.
