All the rackets are battered after shipping and the plastic cup for three balls is squashed. We wanted a gift for my daughter for her birthday. This is the second set we are buying after the first, also negative, experience with the quality of another set. I guess we'll be advertising again. I am disappointed with the quality of goods that Alza is releasing into the world. It just makes customers worry and spend time with complaints.
Poor workmanship - the grip of the rockets is not glued, the heads of the rockets are crooked
