I've been using it for a long time and never had a problem. It prevents excess carbon build-up and lubricates the injectors.

It really works, on my Peugeot 206 (1.4i) it has reduced fuel consumption by 0.5L/100km.
The car runs and starts noticeably better and has a tangibly stronger pull.
The can, as many people have complained before me, is really poorly designed, and it's easy to spill it by mistake.
I prefer to carry the can wrapped in a plastic sandwich bag with a zip.
You only see the effects after a few full tanks, it's not immediate.
