A big disappointment for me. We gave it a few tries, but always the same half-hearted result. So it's sitting in a corner and soon it's going to go in the trash. Every other Vietnamese shopkeeper has a noname mop that works much better than this travesty of a mop. I don't know what VILEDA is trying to do with this, but if it wanted to tarnish its reputation with me, it succeeded perfectly.
