I have the same experience as another reviewer before me. There should have been 100 CZK credit. There was only 98.5 CZK credit. 99 CZK is needed for data. I've written to support, it's been passed on to some technical department as well. And he said I sent a text. Which is not true, there is no SMS in the SMS app and even the number to which the SMS should have been sent is not in my contacts. In addition, I have a 2-SIM phone and this one was not even active as the one through which SMS are sent. So in the end: I should have sent an SMS that is not stored in the app to a number that is not in my contacts via a SIM card that was not set up to send SMS. I've never had anything like this happen to me before, I've had the same phone for several years.
