I actually came across this book quite by chance. First, I watched a podcast online where Mr Pošíval was a guest. The topic was negotiation. I found it so interesting that I immediately started looking for more information under his name. And that's when I found this book. I had to buy it right away. I got the audiobook because I mostly listen to books while walking or travelling. And this book is truly fantastic. It's presented in the form of an interview with Mr Pošíval, who describes various situations and experiences from different events. It offers different perspectives on situations, including ways to approach them. For anyone interested in the topics of negotiation, listening, and having a sincere approach to other people, don't hesitate and definitely get this book. I certainly have no regrets. I finished listening to it today and will definitely listen to it again soon.
