The WD Red Plus 10TB is a noisy drive that vibrated the entire shelf under the NAS even when it was just spinning and not reading. After 2 months it started to get significantly hotter and then left for good, which was a deep disappointment, especially when one finally settles in the NAS drive, configures everything and copies 8TB of data. Maybe a defective piece, but it planted a seed of doubt in me about the WD brand. However, after a hassle-free reclamation, I purchased a WD Red Pro 14TB, which seems more reliable. We'll see.
