somehow can't be opened - and yes, we tried it according to the manual: -) it simply cannot be opened, so the recipient does not have to open it, because there is nothing inside. How so? because I can't OPEN it so I can put something in. So lost time and hassle with the complaint.... or I'd rather smash that frame with a hammer!
