The first third of the book is quite a ride – a real page-turner packed with action
Then it all goes downhill. I managed to get through the first two-thirds and then gave up. Nothing much happens there; there are lengthy descriptions of the setting, rather stilted dialogue and illogical decisions on the part of the characters. I've given up.
