Looks even better than in the pictures and videos
Compared to the Xbox One S gamepad, it has better build quality and feels better in the hand
I use it with my PC and it works flawlessly, does not disconnect
Nothing

Best controller for PC.
Very high quality build
Customizable
Not very smart. If you connect it via Usb and then disconnect, you need to re pair it with the PC

This product would meet all my requirements for a premium controller in terms of materials and ergonomics. Unfortunately when it comes to the actual functionality of the controls, it's one big disappointment. Totally unusable for competitive gaming. The word elite in the title is purely marketing.
Quality workmanship
Good ergonomics
Very inaccurate analogue sticks (stick drift from day one)
After a week of use, the RB button broke
ABXY front buttons respond as they please
