The Xiaomi 17T Pro in Deep Blue was a pleasant surprise. The phone feels truly premium in the hand, and the blue colour looks even better in real life than it does in the photos. The display is beautifully smooth and, thanks to its high brightness and high-quality AMOLED panel, it remains perfectly visible even in direct sunlight. What’s more, it features TÜV Rheinland-certified eye protection and, thanks to its 3840 Hz PWM, is comfortable to use even in the evening. In terms of performance, it’s a real powerhouse; nothing lags, and everything responds instantly. The cameras take great photos, especially in the evening, and the zoom is really useful; part of the zoom is optical and the rest is calculated by the phone using AI. The battery easily lasts me the whole day, and the fast charging is addictive. It’s a great choice in my opinion; I’m happy with it.

As my battery had run out, I decided to replace my Mi 10 Pro after six years. He was a real trooper. So for me, it’s quite a significant generational shift. But we’ve had many other Xiaomi devices at home over the years. From 12 December to 15 December. The main reason I chose the 17T max Pro was the size of the display. The difference compared to the 17 is quite significant; although it’s a bit harder to handle at times, it’s heavier. But I was counting on that. The 1TB storage capacity is also a welcome feature. The metal frame and flat screen are great. Gorilla Glass is a big plus. You don't have to worry about a thing. The protective screen and basic case are included in the pack. The pack also includes a cable, but you won’t find a charger in there. The migration went smoothly, even without Google Drive. The system works briskly. What does bother me, though, is how they’re constantly trying to cram pre-installed software I don’t want onto the phone, but that’s pretty much standard practice everywhere these days.
