I won’t be buying any electronics from Alza. They’re giving me a hard time about the complaint, and through one of their authorised service centres they’re claiming that moisture got into the vacuum cleaner. I haven't done anything with it myself. I didn’t even make a complaint about one vacuum cleaner because it sucked up my dog’s poo when he was a puppy. I haven't done anything wrong, yet Alza is refusing to accept my complaint. I shopped at Alza because of their "American" approach to customer complaints (I lived in the US for four years myself). Unfortunately, that approach is long gone now. I'll keep my shopping here to a minimum.
as the biggest minus of this vacuum cleaner I consider that it does not cope with the carpet. Specifically, the dark carpets tell it that there's a hole, which means it triggers the end of floor detection and it messes up the carpet and is unable to vacuum it. I have a brown high pile carpet and the vacuum cleaner wiggles on it three times and goes away. luckily it's the only one in the whole apartment everywhere else I have floating floors but one there it works great
I have it for a month in full operation, it cleans 3 rooms 68m2, for 50 min I have set the vacuum cleaning to the second stage, every day I always run it around 16.00h once a week I clean it, from the road, I always clean all the objects to avoid hitting anything, for the whole time of use it has not stopped and always finished cleaning at 100%.
