When I ordered the jacket it should have included back, elbow and shoulder pads. When my jacket arrived it only had elbow and shoulder pads. After asking the Alza store, they wrote to me that they could send me a different back protector and then deleted the back protector in the description of the jacket, but only for size XL, for other sizes it is still there. I have not received the promised other back protector, hence the low rating.
