The bench can be folded so it doesn't take up much space. And it has chin-ups but if you're 90kg+ I wouldn't put too much stock in that, but that's up to each person how they feel about it. The only thing that could be improved without making it more expensive is the manual, because it's really a bitch, and it's more of a guessing game.
