The Zipro Plank pleasantly surprised with its robust construction and low weight, a combination of parameters that is often mutually exclusive. It cannot be tilted or adjusted in height, but this would inevitably weaken the robustness of the design and increase the weight.
The Zipro Plank is the perfect addition to my home gym. It is a stable flat bench that can be neatly folded and placed in a corner or under the bed. If you don't mind that it can't be adjusted in height or tilted, I definitely recommend it.
