With the RIO 60 Seconds Neck Toner you can easily achieve a chin and neck shaping in just a few minutes a day. Gentle EMS (electro-muscular stimulation) pulses will shape the supporting muscles, increase circulation and improve the profile of your neck. You will feel the effects immediately after use and see results after a few days. The 60 second toner has 16 levels of exercise intensity and 3 exercise programs. For best results, rotate the programmes. We recommend using program 1 on day one, then program 2 on day two, then program 3 on day three, then back to program 1 on day four, etc. The machine always starts on program 1. To select another program, press the Mode/On/Off button briefly repeatedly. The light will flash twice to indicate program 2, or flash 3 times to indicate program 3. The output is at its lowest level after each program change.

Programs of the RIO 60 Seconds Neck Toner Massager
Program 1 is used to firm-rhythmic muscle contractions to refresh the muscles with a short interval between each pulse. The muscle contraction lasts for 2 seconds followed by a 3 second pause. Program 2 is for enhanced strengthening-it offers prolonged muscle contractionswith pre-programmed intensity changes to maximize exercise. The prolonged contraction lasts 9 seconds and then there is a 4 second pause. Program 3 is used for shaping-fast stimulation to simulate deep massage. The pulse massage lasts 5 seconds, then there is a 3 second pause.
Areas of treatment
Treatment area 1S: with both contacts touching the skin, place the device under the chin. Hold the device in position for 60 seconds. Treatment area 2S: with the contacts touching the skin, place the device under the chin towards the left, close to where you feel the pulse. Always hold the RIO 60 Seconds Neck Toner in the 60 second position. Treatment area 3S: with the contacts touching the skin, place the device under the chin towards the right, close to where you can feel the pulse.
Use:
Before you start, you must ALWAYS perform a conductivity test on an inconspicuous area of skin for a possible skin reaction. Wait 24 hours. If a reaction occurs, do not use the device. It is important to apply a sufficient amount of conductive gel to the gold contacts. Without the gel, you will feel strong contractions and the treatment can be painful. Switch the machine on and use the buttons to set the intensity of the exercise.
