70% Arabica + 30% Robusta. The base of the blend is 100% specialty Arabica Colombia Excelso EP. It brings sweeter notes of caramel, nuts and apples to the cup. High-quality organic Robusta from Tanzania gives the blend strength, a fuller body, earthiness and the more pronounced bitterness typical of an intense espresso.
