The FD 50 electric countertop fryer from French manufacturer ROLLER GRILL is a single-basket model with an all-stainless steel construction. It is particularly suitable for fast food establishments. The cool zone prevents the oil and food residue from burning, without transferring taste or smell, thus ensuring the oil can be used for longer without needing to be changed or manually filtered to remove fried food remnants. The safety thermostat at the rear can be reset in the event of overheating or lack of oil. This model does not have a drain tap. The fryer is equipped with a thermostat up to 180°C, a switch, an indicator light, a basket with a heat-resistant handle, a stainless steel lid with a plastic handle, a cool zone, a removable control panel with heating coils, and a stainless steel tank that is dishwasher-safe.
