Rosalgin are granules for the preparation of vaginal solution, which is used for vaginal and external genital rinses in inflammatory diseases of the female genital tract and for routine female hygiene. It is applied with the Rosalgin irrigator.
Dosage and method of use
Dosing:
Use the solution once or twice a day to treat inflammation of the vagina or external genitalia, unless your doctor recommends otherwise. If you do not feel better within 4 days or if you feel worse, you must consult a doctor. The usual duration of treatment for vaginitis or inflammation of the external genitalia is 1 - 2 weeks. Do not use the product for more than 2 weeks without consulting your doctor. The use of the product before and after gynaecological surgery, during routine feminine hygiene and hygiene during the six-week period is possible only on the recommendation of a doctor, who will also decide on the dosage and duration of treatment.
Method of use:
Dissolve the contents of one sachet in half a litre of drinking water for vaginal rinsing or in one litre of drinking water for rinsing the external genitalia. The solution can be used within 24 hours of its preparation. The vaginal solution is applied with the Rosalgin irrigator for gynaecological use (irrigator not included).
Vaginal flush:
Before use, first wash the Rosalgin gynaecological irrigator thoroughly with warm water and dry it. Then fill the irrigator container with half a litre of pre-prepared vaginal solution. Screw the included extension onto the irrigator container. Carefully insert the attachment into the sheath and squeeze the solution container until it empties. After emptying, keep the container squeezed and gently pull the attachment out of the sheath. After use, unscrew the attachment from the irrigator container and wash both parts of the gynaecological irrigator thoroughly with warm water and allow them to dry.
Contraindications
Do not use Rosalgin if you are allergic to Benzydamine or to any of the other ingredients in this product.

Storage
Keep this product out of sight and reach of children. This product does not require any special storage conditions. Do not use this product after the expiry date stated on the box and bag after "Use by:". The expiry date shall be the last day of the month indicated. The prepared solution can be used up to 24 hours after the contents of the bag have dissolved in drinking water. Do not dispose of any medicines in wastewater or household waste. Ask your pharmacist how to dispose of products you no longer use. These measures help protect the environment.
