Floradix is a dietary supplement that is used to supplement iron and vitamins that promote its absorption. Iron contributes to the normal production of red blood cells and is an essential component of the red blood pigment, haemoglobin. The body has only a limited ability to store and process iron in the body, so iron must be taken in consistently, in the right amount and in the right form. Floradix contains iron in the highly bioavailable organic form of ferrous gluconate. Due to the high absorption rate of iron contained in Floradix, only a very small part of the unabsorbed iron is eliminated through the digestive tract. Floradix also contains vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12 and C and extracts of nettle leaf, spinach and sea brown algae. It is suitable for women during menstruation and for pregnant and lactating women, for children in the period of growth, for adolescents, for the elderly and convalescents, for vegetarians. Floradix does not contain alcohol, lactose, preservatives, dyes or synthetic additives.

- Vitamin B6 contributes to the proper functioning of the nervous system, aids in the normal metabolism of proteins and glycogen, helps in the proper formation of red blood cells
- Vitamin B12 contributes to the proper formation of red blood cells and the proper functioning of the immune system
- Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system, reduces the level of fatigue and exhaustion and increases iron absorption

Complete composition: iron in the form of ferrous gluconate, vitamin C, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, aqueous herbal extracts (carrot root extracts, nettle leaf, spinach leaf, of the root of the creeping pyrex, of the fennel fruit, sea brown algae and hibiscus flower), fruit juice concentrates (pears, grape wine, blackcurrant, blackberries, cherries, oranges, Beets, Lemon, carob and apple), aqueous yeast extract, med, Rose hip extract contains 4% vitamin C, wheat germ extract, water, natural aroma.
Recommended dosage
Adults and children from 12 years of age:
2 times a day 10 ml
Children 6 - 11 years:
1× daily 10 ml
Children 3 - 6 years:
1× daily 5 ml
Take the product about 30 minutes before breakfast and before dinner. The 30-minute interval between meals is important in terms of iron absorption, as some components (e.g. coffee or tea) can inhibit iron absorption.
