Samura HARAKIRI Meat fork 20 cm (black)
Samura knives are the perfect intersection of Japanese knife tradition and European reliability. Only the best Japanese and Swedish steel is used for the production of Samura knives, which are hardened to 58 - 61 HRC. Fantastic cutting performance is ensured by the blade, which has a Japanese shape and a gentle taper from the tip. The secret of Samura knives, however, is that they are sharpened at an angle of 17 deg C, which is more than Japanese knives but less than European knives. The handle for Samura knives is also made from premium modern materials such as Micarta, G10, stabilised wood, plastic with a fine finish, kraton or composites.
