Advanced TRI-X cooling system
The card’s cooling is handled by an advanced TRI-X system with a trio of AeroCurve fans that rotate counter-clockwise to maximise airflow. The fans use dual ball bearings, which have an 85% longer lifespan than sleeve bearings and are 10% quieter than the previous generation. The Free Flow heatsink module design optimises airflow and reduces turbulence. Premium Honeywell PTM7950 TIM thermal interface material is applied between the GPU and the cooler, ensuring excellent heat dissipation. Composite heatpipes are optimised to distribute heat evenly across the entire cooling module.
Efficient heat dissipation and easy maintenance
The integrated cooling module ensures direct contact not only with the GPU but also with the memory modules and VRM circuits, guaranteeing uniform thermal regulation for all critical components. V-shaped fin design increases convection airflow and ensures a continuous flow of air through the entire cooling system. The fans feature a Fan Quick Connect system, allowing for easy replacement with a single screw without needing to send the entire card for service.
Durable design and premium materials
The card's construction uses a robust FrameDefense structure, which protects all internal components and increases resistance to accidental impacts or pressure. An all-aluminium backplate adds extra rigidity, prevents bending, and helps dissipate heat. The GPU is mounted on a ten-layer PCB with two-ounce copper layers and a high TG rating, ensuring stability under high currents and temperatures. The package includes an L-shaped graphics card holder that prevents sagging and makes it easier to remove the card from the PCIe slot with its rubber tip.
Digital power and RGB lighting
The card features digital power delivery, which provides precise power control and excellent energy efficiency. The external PCIe power connector is equipped with fuse protection to ensure component safety. The RGB lighting can be controlled via TriXX software, offering a choice of different modes, including a rainbow mode or turning the LEDs off completely. A 3-pin header lets you synchronise ARGB effects with your motherboard's RGB lighting.
