How to apply:
The toning cream is mixed with a special Schwarzkopf Professional Blondme developer, which is designed specifically for this line. Use the generator at a concentration of 7 vol. (2%) or 20 vol. (6%) for fine toning, traditional lightening or when colouring already lightened hair. Generator worth 30 vol. (9%) is used for stronger lightening or discolouration to white. The strongest concentration is 40 vol. (12%) is intended for lightening natural hair or covering grays. The developer is not included in the package and must be purchased separately.
