Sea Buckthorn Oil 50ml

Sea buckthorn oil obtained from the fruits of sea buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides) supplements the diet with unsaturated fatty acids (eg linoleic acid from the group of omega-6 fatty acids) and vitamin E, which helps protect cells from oxidative stress.
Ingredients
MAXIMUM DAILY DOSE 5 ML (INTERNAL) CONTAINS: UNSATURATED FATTY ACIDS 2.03G, OF WHICH LINOLIC ACID 1.99 G (FROM OMEGA-6 FATTY ACIDS), ACID? -LINOLENE 0.042 G (ALA, FROM THE OMEGA-3 FATTY ACID GROUP) ,? -TOOCOPHEROL (VITAMIN E) 5.12 MG (42.6% REFERENCE INCOME VALUES).
Dosage
Adults: 5 drops to 1 teaspoon (5ml) once a day during meals. Children from 3 years: 3 drops a day during meals.
