Method of preparation
For the preparation of the classic Czech "turka" we recommend the following procedure:
Place 2 level teaspoons of ground coffee (approx. 7-8 g) in a mug. Pour in hot water at a temperature of approx. 92-96 °C.
Tip:
Do not use completely boiling water to avoid burning the coffee and preserve its rich aroma.
