Septolete D 30 lozenges
Septolete D lozenges contain benzalkonium chloride, which has an antiseptic effect, i.e. kills many types of bacteria and some types of yeast. Septolete D lozenges act directly on the microorganisms causing diseases of the mouth and pharynx. They prevent the spread of infection and effectively relieve the difficulties associated with diseases of the oral cavity and pharynx.
Septolete D pastilles are intended for topical treatment in:
- mild inflammation of the oral cavity and pharynx, manifested by pain or burning in the throat, swelling, redness of the throat
- inflammations of the gingiva and oral mucosa, which are manifested by pain, swelling, redness, increased sensitivity of the oral mucosa or minor bleeding on contact with the affected area.
If you do not feel better within 3 days or if you feel worse, you must consult a doctor.
Dosage and method of use
Adults and adolescents:
The recommended dose is 1 lozenge every 2-3 hours. The maximum daily dose is 6 - 8 traps.
Children from 10 to 12 years:
The recommended dose is 1 lozenge every 3-4 hours. The maximum daily dose is 6 traps.
Children from 4 to 10 years:
The recommended dose is 1 lozenge every 3-4 hours. The maximum daily dose is 4 lozenges.
The lozenges are sucked or allowed to dissolve freely in the mouth. Do not eat or drink for at least 60 minutes after using the lozenge.
Contraindications
Read the package insert carefully! The product is not suitable for children under 4 years of age.

Storage
Keep this product out of sight and reach of children. Do not use this product after the expiry date stated on the box and blister after "EXP". The expiry date shall be the last day of the month indicated. Store at temperatures up to 25 °C. Keep in original packaging to protect the product from light and moisture. Do not dispose of any medicines in wastewater or household waste. Ask your pharmacist how to dispose of products you no longer use. These measures help protect the environment the environment.
