Septolete Menthol antiseptic for mouth and pharynx 1 mg 30 lozenges
Septolete menthol lozenges act directly against the microorganisms causing the infection, preventing the spread of infection and effectively reducing the discomfort of infections and inflammatory diseases of the mouth and throat. Septolete menthol lozenges are for the topical treatment of mild infection in the oral cavity and pharynx (pharyngitis, laryngitis), which manifests itself in pain or burning in the throat, a swelling, by becoming constipated, redness of the throat, hoarseness or irritating cough. They are also intended for inflammation of the gums and oral mucosa (gingivitis, stomatitis).
Dosage and method of use
Always take this medicine exactly as directed in the package insert or by your doctor or pharmacist. The recommended dose of the product for adults and adolescents over 12 years of age is 8 lozenges per day. Allow 1 lozenge to dissolve in your mouth every 2 to 3 hours. Children aged 10 to 12 years are recommended to take up to 6 lozenges per day. The recommended dose for children aged 4 to 10 years is up to 4 lozenges per day.
Contraindications
Do not take Septolete Menthol Lozenges immediately before, during, or with milk. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you think, that you might be pregnant, or you're planning to get pregnant, check with your doctor or pharmacist first, before taking this medicine. Do not use if hypersensitive to any of the ingredients in the product.

Storage
Keep this product out of sight and reach of children. Store at temperatures up to 25 °C. Keep in original packaging to protect the product from light and moisture. Do not use this product after the expiry date stated after "EXP". The expiry date shall be the last day of the month indicated. Do not dispose of any medicines in wastewater or household waste. Ask your pharmacist how to dispose of products you no longer use. These measures help protect the environment.
