3. Battery shavers run on AA or AAA batteries. Just insert the batteries and the shaver is ready to use. The disadvantage is the frequent purchase of batteries, which you have to keep in stock.

The run time varies depending on the model and power supply type selected - so the shaver can run from 20 to 90 minutes. The charging time is then around an hour.
