Preparation
To prepare 1 serving, put 3 scoops of powder in a glass, add 300 ml of cold water and stir with a spoon.
Dosage
Daily dosage recommendation:
2 servings at a body weight of 90 kg (0.6 g protein per 1 kg body weight). Number of rewards: 6 pcs, total daily intake of WPC 80: 69 g, total daily protein intake: 54 g. Take preferably 30-60 min after exercise or training or during the day to replenish protein, maximum 2 servings per day.

Storage
