CFM – The best processing method
This protein is produced using the CFM (Cross-Flow Microfiltration) methour This is a gentle way of filtering whey, which takes place at low temperatures and without chemicals. This process preserves the natural structure of the proteins and maintains the high quality of the final product.
The protein contains a complete spectrum of amino acids, including essential amino acids (EAAs) and branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs). Unlike some other processing methods, CFM filtration does not subject the proteins to significant heat stress.
Native Protein vs. CFM Protein
Native protein, which is used in the Performance and LAUF proteins, is obtained directly from fresh milk, whereas classic whey protein (as in this product) is a by-product of cheese making. What does this mean for quality? Practically no difference, as long as the processing is done gently. Thanks to the CFM method, 'non-native' protein retains a very similar integrity, non-denaturation, and high amino acid content as native protein. But CFM protein has one big advantage – a fuller, delicious flavour profile and a more pronounced milky taste!
Natural protein without artificial sweeteners
The ingredients have been reduced to only the essentials. You won't find any artificial fillers, colourings or preservatives. Every ingredient has its purpose and contributes to the final product. The main ingredient is whey concentrate – no blends of lower-quality proteins, just pure whey from the milk of grass-fed cows. Only natural flavourings are used, so the resulting taste is authentic. The sweetness comes from stevia, so there's no need for any sugar or synthetic sweeteners. Dosage
Mix 1 scoop (35g) in 200ml of water or milk. Take 1–3 servings per day depending on your daily protein intake. The scoop is included in the package.
