The native whey protein used in the Performance Protein formula is sourced directly from the fresh milk of grass-fed cows from controlled European farms. The milk undergoes only a single gentle pasteurisation and subsequent microfiltration at low temperatures (below 10°C). This processing method helps to preserve the natural amino acid profile of the whey proteins and the naturally occurring components of the milk, such as immunoglobulins and enzymes. With hydrolysed grass-fed collagen
Performance Protein contains hydrolysed grass-fed beef collagen types I and III. During the hydrolysis process, the collagen is broken down into collagen peptides with a lower molecular weight.
