Soft DS MAX sole for better feel
The Guardian ST features the DS MAX sole, a softer compound developed for great grip and sensitivity. The sole offers excellent contact with resin surfaces, significantly improving grip on small footholds, rounded volumes, and during moves that require speed and control. The increased flexibility lets the rubber conform better to the wall's irregularities. The design also supports dynamic movements and quick foot placements typical of indoor bouldering. In addition to the rubber used, EB has also reworked the shoe's internal construction to maintain a balanced ratio between flexibility, support, and stability during climbing.
