The foundation of CFM Instant Whey 80 protein is native CFM whey protein concentrate. This instant (highly soluble) protein is obtained from whey using the most advanced production method – CFM (cross-flow microfiltration). This cold-filtration process on ceramic filters represents the gentlest method of whey protein production.
