Preparation
Take 20 minutes before and during training
The drink is intended for direct consumption
Recommended dosage
Individuals with lower body weight and/or lower exercise intensity: 1 dose = 20 g
Individuals with higher body weight and/or higher exercise intensity: 1 dose = 40 g
Dilution for hypotonic drink: Dissolve 20 g (1 scoop) in 450-600 ml of water (osmolality less than 250 mOsm/kg)
Dilution for isotonic drink: Dissolve 20 g (1 scoop) in 350 ml of water (osmolality range 275-305 mOsm/kg)
Dilution for hypotonic drink: Dissolve 40 g (2 scoops) in 850-1000 ml of water (osmolality less than 250 mOsm/kg)
Dilution for isotonic drink: Dissolve 40 g (2 scoops) in 700 ml of water (osmolality range 275-305 mOsm/kg)
Maximum daily dose: 4 scoops
Storage
Store in a dry place at temperatures up to 25 °C, carefully sealed. Protect from direct sunlight and frost. Use by the date on the packaging.
