Instant whey 80% protein concentrate (makes up 75% of the protein component), instant whey 90% protein isolate CFM (constitutes 15% protein component), instant enzymatically hydrolyzed whey 90% isolate with a degree of hydrolysis DH 8 (constitutes 10% of the protein component), skimmed milk powder and 5% skimmed cocoa (for chocolate flavor), vanilla seeds 0.3% and beta carotene (for vanilla and almond flavor), 4% coconut milk powder and 2% grated coconut (for coconut flavor), dried lyophilised strawberries 1.5% and beet extract (for strawberry flavor), aroma, carboxymethylcellulose (thickener), magnesium bisglycinate, sucralose (sweetener), vitamin C, ToleraseTM enzyme (pH stable lactase), bromelain, papain, vitamin B3 (niacinamide), vitamin E, vitamin B5 (calcium D-pantothenate), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl), vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate), folic acid, biotin, vitamin B12, sunflower lecithin (emulsifier).

Preparation and dosing
