The second generation of the popular Fenix E01 V2.0 mini flashlight offers three power modes with a light output of up to 100 lumens (ANSI). Thanks to its negligible size, it is an ideal representative of the EDC (Every Day Carry) category and can be carried with you at all times, whether in your pocket, on your keys or in your wallet. The flashlight isn't much bigger than the AAA micro button battery that powers it. Of course, it is high quality of design, durability and waterproofness. Efficient power supply and long life of the Fenix E01 V2.0 flashlight
The Fenix E01 V2.0 flashlight uses a powerful Cree XP-G2 S3 LED with a lifetime of 50,000 hours. The lamp uses only one micro-rechargeable battery (AAA type - alkaline, lithium or rechargeable NiMH), which are cheap and readily available. The longest battery life is provided by the Energizer L92 lithium micro-cell battery, which is ideal for extreme temperature conditions. Endurance times were measured with a 750 mAh rechargeable NiMH battery and also with the included disposable alkaline battery. Supported battery voltage is in the range of 0.9-1.7 V.
Durable construction and practical accessories
The body of the Fenix E01 V2.0 is made of aerospace hardened aluminum with a durable surface type III (hard anodized). Reliability is ensured by a rotary switch. Included in the package is a metal ring for hanging on keys, a spare o-ring and a micro alkaline battery. Overheat protection - when operating at the highest mode for extended periods of time, the flashlight may reduce power to reach optimum temperature.
Using the Fenix E01 V2.0 flashlight
To turn on the Fenix E01 V2.0 point the reflector away from you and turn the reflector counterclockwise (tighten the head). Turning it in the opposite direction turns the torch off again (head clearance). To change the brightness, quickly switch the flashlight off and on again from the on state. This switches the lamp to the next level of output power. If you leave the flashlight off for more than 1.5 seconds, it will return to the lowest lighting mode (5 lumens).
