The Vivofit bracelet also evaluates your rest during sleep (sleep quality). The modern, fresh look and bold colour display ensure comfortable wearing.
There's no need to turn the bracelet on to check the time or other values, as the bracelet's display remains on for the entire time of use. So what can be displayed on the watch's display? The basic is the time as on classic watches. It can also display the number of steps, the remaining steps to reach the daily target, calories burned, distance walked, inactivity indicator, current mode (day/night), and the heart rate (when connected to the ANT+ heart rate sensor). All measured values ??are automatically recorded in the bracelet memory, and you can transfer them to the Garmin Connect diary on your computer or smartphone when you press the bracelet button. For transfer, Garmin uses wireless technologies such as ANT+ or Bluetooth Smart.
The bracelet is able to determine the daily goal according to the measured values ??of your previous activities so that it is doable for you and thus improves the physical condition of the owner.
