Milk thistle oil Silybum marianum, virgin oil, is a single-species cold-pressed vegetable oil, 100% vegan. Milk thistle contains a large number of active substances (especially silymarin), which have been successfully used as a mediator to support the normal functioning of liver tissue and digestion. Protects cells and tissues from oxidative stress. It helps maintain normal heart function and contributes to normal blood sugar levels. Helps detoxification. Supports natural defences.

Recommended dosage:
3 - 5 ml (1 teaspoon) 2 times a day. The oil has a slightly bitter taste. For flavouring cold dishes as required.

Storage:
Keep dry at room temperature. Do not store in direct sunlight or in freezing conditions. Any cloudiness is not a defect of the product. Once opened, use within 6 months.
