When walking with NILS trekking poles, the muscles of the buttocks, lower legs, thighs and the muscles of the arms, shoulders, chest and abdomen are worked. The non-slip ergonomic handle with adjustable loop prevents slipping and ensures a firm grip. Thanks to the anti-shock system, it absorbs shock, which saves joints and increases comfort on longer hikes. They are suitable for hiking, but also provide protection during intensive walking (the suspension system can be switched off).
