Porridge Nutrend Protein Breakfast! is an ideal breakfast or snack for athletes, active individuals and fans of a healthy lifestyle. It is based on gluten-free oatmeal, which supplements milk protein isolate, buckwheat porridge, chia seeds, inulin, fructose and dark chocolate chips.

It will fill you up and give you energy for the whole morning. Nutrend is very easy and quick to prepare, because the porridge is only necessary to pour hot water over it. Gluten-free oatmeal, milk protein isolate, cane sugar, buckwheat porridge, chia seeds (Salvia hispanica) 5%, inulin, rice flour, fructose, dark chocolate chips 2.5% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier sunflower lecithin), cocoa, acacia gum, aroma, sodium chloride, anti-caking agents calcium phosphate and silica, menaquinone-7 (vitamin K2), cholecalciferol (vitamin D).

Preparation

Pour a slightly heaped scoop (approx. 25 g) into a suitable container, pour 100 ml of hot (not boiling) water and stir. Cold water can also be used for preparation.

Recommended dosage

A dose of 50 g is suitable as a breakfast or snack in the morning and afternoon, always at least 90 minutes apart from the next regular meal. Can be used even after physical activity. Maximum 2 doses per day.

Storage

Once opened, store at a temperature of up to 25ºC and use within 2 months.
