Penco AC Hydration tabs are designed for all athletes who can consume them before and after physical activity. It is ideal to take during training. Simply dissolve the tablet in 500 ml of water.
The drink contains vitamin C, but also magnesium, sodium, calcium, potassium, chlorine or pantothenic acid. The pack contains a total of 12 lemon-flavoured tablets, which also taste great.

Preparation and dosing
Dissolve one tablet in 500 ml of water. Take 250 ml before exercise and 500 ml every hour during exercise. The maximum recommended daily dose is 4 tablets.
