Instant BCAA (Branched Chain Amino Acids) blend 2:1:1 [L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin], acidity regulator (anhydrous citric acid), aroma, sweeteners (acesulfame K, sucralose), dyes (carotenes), pyridoxine hydrochloride.

Preparation

Mix 1 dose (6 g - 1 scoop) of powder with 350 ml of water.

Recommended dosage

Take 30-40 minutes before training, immediately after training or before bedtime. Use it between meals on rest days.
