Instructions for setting the ROCK Oslo suitcase's TSA lock
The factory default combination is 0-0-0.
Follow these steps to set your own combination for the first time.
Checking the lock before setting:
1. Make sure the dials are set to 0-0-0.
2. Insert the zip pullers into the lock slots. They should click into place.
3. Slide the opening button to the side to release the zip pullers.
4. Insert the pullers back into the slots and turn one of the dials to lock the suitcase (e.g., to 1-0-0).
5. Try sliding the opening button – it should now be locked.
6. Set the combination back to 0-0-0 and slide the button to release the zip pullers.
Setting your own number combination.
It is recommended to leave the suitcase unlocked when setting the combination (zip pullers out of the lock slots).
1. Set the dials to 0-0-0.
2. Use a pointed object, such as a pen, to press the reset button until it clicks and stays pressed in.
3. Turn the dials to set your desired combination (e.g., 8-8-8).
4. Slide the opening button to the side until you hear a click and the reset button returns to its original position.
5. The combination is now set. Insert the zip pullers into the slots and slide the opening button to verify that the pullers release correctly.
