It contains a number of vitamins, such as A, D, E, C, B1, B2, B6, B12, as well as minerals, including calcium, phosphorus, iron, magnesium, zinc, selenium or potassium. It includes milk proteins, thanks to which 21 g of protein is hidden in 100 g.

Ingredients
Sucrose, fructose, milk proteins 14% (microgranular whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, casein), defatted cocoa powder 9%, skimmed milk powder, whey powder, dextrose, L-leucine 3%, L-glutamine 3%, maltodextrin, aroma, thickeners (guar bean flour, xanthan, sodium alginate), minerals (sodium citrate, magnesium carbonate, ferrous fumarate, zinc gluconate, copper gluconate, manganese gluconate, potassium iodide, nutritional yeast containing chromium, sodium selenate), emulsifier: soya lecithin, vitamins (ascorbic acid, alpha-tocopheryl acetate, nicotinamide, retinyl acetate, calcium pantothenate, cholecalciferol, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, cyanocobalamin, thiamine mononitrate, folic acid, biotin).
Preparation and dosing
Add 300 ml of water or milk to the shaker and add 3 scoops (60 g) of powder to the shaker with water or 2 scoops (40 g) of powder to the shaker with milk. Shake well. Take within one hour of exercise. The recommended dosage is 1-2 cocktails a day.
