Instructions for setting the T-class suitcase's TSA lock
You can change the number combination as follows:
1. Set the lock to the opening combination (the factory default code is 0-0-0).
2. Push the reset button with a pen or other pointed object until you hear a click.
3. Set your new number on the dial and make sure to remember it.
4. Push the button in the direction of the arrow.
The reset button will return to its original position and you will hear a click. Your new code is now set. If you want to change your code again, simply repeat steps 1 to 4.
Opening the lock:
To release the zip pullers and open the suitcase, enter the correct code and push the button in the direction of the arrow (the factory default code is 0-0-0 if you have not yet set your own).
TSA lock
The primary purpose of the TSA lock system, marked with a red diamond symbol, is to allow luggage to be easily opened for inspection without damaging it. This also speeds up the inspection process. Security officers can use this type of lock to open and inspect your luggage without having to break it. All TSA locks are marked with a code from TSA001 to TSA007, which corresponds to the type of master key used to open that lock. Keys for TSA locks are not available for public sale and are only accessible to TSA personnel. After inspecting the luggage, these officers are required to place an inspection notice inside your suitcase and must re-lock it.
