Preparation
Mix 6.5 g (1 scoop) in 150 ml of water. Stir thoroughly, ideally in a spiral shaker. Unmixed product may affect the taste and sweetness of the product. We recommend taking with meals, ideally in the afternoon and evening for its relaxing and soothing effects. Taking magnesium bisglycinate is suitable for physically active individuals who have an increased need for magnesium intake. It is suitable for use with meals or in the evening, as glycine has a calming and relaxing effect. Magnesium Drink has a higher proportion of elemental magnesium compared to capsule versions, therefore we do not recommend simultaneous use with other dietary supplements containing magnesium.
