Poles designed to support walking and Nordic walking. The fixed length of the stick guarantees 100% support and rebound and low weight. Thanks to the quality strap and handle, the poles hold precisely on the hands and this increases both safety, comfort and efficiency during Nordic walking. The cork part of the handle makes it comfortable to hold. Walking with sticks exercises the muscles of almost the whole body. The use of the sticks also helps to correct upper body posture and exercise the arms. The sticks are equipped with rubber stops to ensure good contact between the stick and the substrate. In soft terrain, the stops can be removed. Rubber stops can be purchased new. The length of the sticks is suitable for body heights up to 168 cm.
