Yuzu syrup is a traditional Korean drink in the form of a concentrate containing 59% preserved lemon fruit. It also contains sugar, fructose and vitamin C. It is also suitable for vegetarians and vegans. You can make tea or lemonade from the syrup or mix it into a cocktail. It can also be added to toast or pancakes, stirred into desserts or made into a marinade for meat.
Exotic fruit with an invigorating aroma
The unusual Yuzu citrus fruit with its rough and uneven skin, also known as Yuja, Yuza or Yóuzi, will captivate you with its unique taste and aroma. They are slightly spicy after tangerines, sour after lemons and bittersweet after grapefruits. Their scent brings relaxation and encouragement. This exotic fruit is grown in China, Japan and also in South Korea, where this particular Yuzu syrup comes from. To make the drink, just add 35 g of Yuzu to a cup and pour hot or cold water over it.

Preparation
To prepare one serving of the hot drink, place a tablespoon (approx. 35 g) of Yuzu in a 250 ml cup and pour hot water over it. For one serving of 250 to 300 ml of cold lemonade, mix 1 tablespoon first in a small amount of water and then top up with cold water. You can also add ice. This pack is enough for 15 servings.
